The Wayfinding Centre - Oak Project Management

Foran Consultancy fulfilled the role of PSCS on behalf of Oak Project Management at The Wayfinding Centre, the world's first transport training facility dedicated to enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities using public transport. This innovative project created a lifelike streetscape setting indoors that mimics the challenges of real-world public transport. We used a paperless documented management system to which included the onboarding of multiple contractors.
